**Job Title: Order Fulfillment Specialist** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as an Order Fulfillment Specialist where you will play a key role in our startup warehouse. You will be responsible for accurately pulling, cutting, and packaging spools of stock cable based on daily pick sheets. This role requires attention to detail and a willingness to contribute to various tasks as our location expands. **Responsibilities** + Receive and interpret daily pick sheets to pull and cut stock cable accurately. + Load the required length of cable onto a blank spool. + Package finished spools using shrink wrap as needed. + Mark the remaining stock on the spool when returning it to inventory. + Assist in various other warehouse tasks as needed. **Essential Skills** + At least 3 years of warehouse experience. + Proficiency in pulling orders using pick or order sheets. + Strong attention to detail. + Ability to use computers and print orders from the system. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in inventory management and shipping is preferred. + Willingness to perform diverse tasks in a startup environment. **Why Work Here?** Be part of a rapidly growing startup warehouse with opportunities for career advancement into lead or supervisor roles as the company expands. The environment is non-air-conditioned, requiring adaptability and resilience. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, TX. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
