Key Functions of the Role:
• Reading and following a digital make-ready board and performing quality punch work to produce apartments that meet the standards of our company and our residents.
• Being a great team member by exhibiting will and skill.
• Practicing self-accountability to do great work and accepting praise and feedback from a Supervisor.
• Recognizing the need for training and participating in on-the-job training as well as supporting online training initiatives.
• Performing service requests, preventable service calls, reducing emergency calls, and identifying and communicating potential for large expenditures.
• Ability to be on-call for emergencies in rotation with other team members and come in outside of scheduled business hours for snow and ice removal activities.

• Communicative – Understands that consistent meetings with the Property Manager and their team are important. Responsiveness is also critical.

• Organization – We'll provide the tools you need to stay organized and keep everyone on the same page. We use TEAMS and mobile facilities management apps to manage service requests, make-ready boards, preventative maintenance plans, and inspections in one place.

Técnico de Mantenimiento
Gray Residential está buscando incorporar un Técnico de Mantenimiento para Solana at the Crossing.
Funciones Clave del Puesto:
• Leer y seguir un tablero digital de preparación de unidades y realizar trabajos de inspección y reparación de alta calidad para entregar apartamentos que cumplan con los estándares de nuestra empresa y de nuestros residentes.
• Ser un excelente miembro del equipo demostrando voluntad y habilidad.
• Practicar la auto-responsabilidad para realizar un trabajo de calidad, aceptando tanto elogios como retroalimentación por parte de un Supervisor.
• Reconocer la necesidad de capacitación y participar en entrenamientos en el trabajo, así como apoyar iniciativas de formación en línea.
• Realizar solicitudes de servicio, atender llamadas de servicio preventivo, reducir llamadas de emergencia e identificar y comunicar posibles gastos mayores.
• Tener la capacidad de estar disponible para emergencias, rotando con otros miembros del equipo, y acudir fuera del horario laboral programado para actividades de remoción de nieve y hielo.
