UKG is seeking a strategic and visionary Global Head of Public Relations to lead our global PR function. This role is responsible for shaping and executing a comprehensive public relations strategy that enhances brand reputation, drives thought leadership and supports business objectives across all markets. The ideal candidate is a seasoned communications leader with deep media relationships, crisis management expertise, and a global mindset. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Strategic Leadership** : Develop and implement a global PR strategy aligned with corporate goals, brand positioning, and stakeholder expectations. + **Media Relations** : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with top-tier media outlets, journalists, and influencers worldwide. + **Executive Communications** : Partner with senior leadership to craft compelling narratives, speeches, and media engagements. + **Reputation Management** : Lead proactive and reactive communications strategies to protect and enhance the company's reputation. + **Crisis Communications** : Serve as a key advisor during high-stakes issues, managing sensitive communications and media responses. + **Global Coordination** : Oversee regional PR teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution across markets. + **Agency Management** : Manage global PR agencies and vendors, ensuring high performance and ROI. + **Measurement & Reporting** : Define KPIs and regularly report on PR impact, media coverage, and sentiment analysis. **Preferred Qualifications:** + 10+ years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or journalism, with at least 5 years in a global leadership role + Proven track record of managing high-profile media relations and crisis communications + Exceptional writing, storytelling, and presentation skills + Strong understanding of digital media, social platforms, and emerging communication trends + Experience working in a matrixed, multinational organization + Enterprise Saas, Technology industry experience a plus + Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field + Master's degree preferred + Collaborative and influential leader with executive presence + Agile and resilient in fast-paced, high-pressure environments + Data-driven and results-oriented + Passionate about brand, culture, and purpose **Basic Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree + 10 years of communications experience + 5 years of management experience UKG is the Workforce Operating Platform that puts workforce understanding to work. The pay range for this position is $202k to $290k, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
