Job Description

We are seeking an entry-level bookkeeper to play a key role in our growing team. You’ll be responsible for recording the client's financial transactions, including bank and credit card transactions, and recording journal entries in the client's QuickBooks Online. Benefits Include: • 401(k) plan with match • 8 Paid Holidays and Two Weeks of PTO • Paid training and continuing education Responsibilities: • Download bank and credit card statements • Download and code bank and credit card transactions into QBO for clients • Reconcile bank and credit card, and loan accounts • Record various journal entries • Prepare and file Sales & Use Tax Qualifications: • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, and basic accounting systems • Must possess exceptional communication, problem-solving, and time management skills • Must have attention to detail • Experience is not necessary, but it would be beneficial if you are already familiar with accounting terminology and can prepare journal entries • This is a full time in-office position in our Dunwoody office About Company: SDA CPA Group, P.C. in Dunwoody, GA, focuses exclusively on the small business market and the owners of those businesses.
